We will email you a "Pay By Link" form so that you can pay your deposit securely online through Cardsave. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the holiday start date. The rent must be paid in full if the holiday is within four weeks

Cancellation: Please inform us immediately if you have to cancel your holiday. If we are able to re-let the property for the same period your money will be paid less £10 administration charge. If we are unable to re-let the rent will be payable in full. If requested, when we confirm your booking we can send details of holiday cancellation insurance, whereby cancellation charges may be reclaimed from the holiday insurance company if the reason for cancellation (for example illness) is included in the terms of the policy.
